Practice Times

Summer practice times

May 17th – June11th Practices will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at the following times:

         Senior & Pre Senior    4:30 – 6:15

         Blue/Purple                  5:00 – 6:15

         Red                                5:15 – 6:15

*Dry land will be at the end of each practice for 30 minutes -     6:15-6:45

*Practice will begin one hour late on May 17, 20, 24, 27

 

**There will be no practice on Monday, May 31 (Memorial Day), but there will be practice on Wednesday, June 2nd  that week.

The first long course morning practice for summer BASS swimmers will be Thursday, June 16th @ ACAC long course pool in Charlottesville with practice there every Thursday morning through July 28th. 

Pre/Seniors & Blue start at 7:15am and all others start at 8:00am.

All groups will finish at 9:15am.

 

The first morning practice at Woodberry will be Monday, June 14th.

Pre/Senior      7:00 - 9:00am

Blue                 7:30 - 9:00am

Purple              7:45 - 9:00am
