Description
The
2010 North District Championship Meet
will be held Friday, February 19 - Sunday, February 21, at the
Chinn Fitness and
Aquatic
Center
in
Woodbridge
,
VA.
Sign ups are now available using this
website. This meet is for swimmers ages 14 and
younger.
Eligibility is as follows:
8 & Younger swimmers may participate regardless of
classification in 8 & younger
events.
8 & Younger swimmers entered in 10 and younger events may not
have a 10&U "BB" or faster time in the event
entered.
9-14 year old swimmers may compete in any event and relay strokes
in which they have a "B" or "C"
Time.
All swimmers may swim any event in which they have an "NT", meaning
that they have not achieved a time in that
event.
Please look at the uploaded report "eligible events by swimmer" if
you have a question about whether you qualify to swim a particular
event here. You may sign up for any event listed on that
report.
Distance
events for all age groups Friday evening. 10 and younger swimmers will swim on Saturday and
Sunday morning. 11 and older swimmers
will swim on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Swimmers
may sign up for a maximum of 3 individual events each
day.
The
registration deadline for this meet will
be
midnight
Sunday, February 7. The
cost for this meet is $5.25 per event and a $3.00 surcharge per
swimmer. BASS does not charge for relay
entries.
